We will provide you with a caring, personalised and professional service where you can potentially change and develop. You will be heard and understood in a safe environment where you can talk things through, gain better understanding and move on.
Lee Wallace and Lauren Smith are New Futures Counselling. Lee has been a practising counsellor and then Psychotherapist in Leeds for the past 19 years and Lauren has joined him since 2019. We have experience of working with a wide range of clients and issues. We are committed to providing a high quality service just when you need it. Our work is confidential, focused on your experience and processing and will develop at your pace. Generally people find counselling to be a life changing process and experience an increased self understanding, ease and fulfilment.
We provide counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, and young people on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of meeting your needs and to address your issues as you present them.

The New Futures Counselling practice is located on North Lane, Headingley, Leeds. Within easy reach of Leeds City Centre,close to Headingley Cricket Ground and St Michael's Church on Otley Road.
Parking is available for clients either on the streets surrounding North Lane or alternatively at the Sainsbury’s Car-Park Opposite or at the Headingley Taps Pub just along North Lane.
